2. Strategic Partnership between Pestalozzi + Co AG and Hueck Swiss AG
Aluminium and steel – under this headline, Pestalozzi + Co AG and Hueck Swiss AG have entered a strategic partnership. This future-oriented step will strengthen and further expand both companies’ positions on the Swiss market for steel and aluminium systems activities.
Pestalozzi + Co AG is the market leader for Forster and Jansen steel systems in Switzerland and employs 300 people with the group. Much like Hueck, Pestalozzi + Co AG, which is firmly anchored all throughout Switzerland, is a family-run business.
Both companies will benefit from this partnership which provides even better conditions for advancing their growth. They will continue to operate independently of each other as separate companies in Switzerland. Hueck Swiss AG will use Pestalozzi + Co AG’s infrastructures for warehousing, preproduction and logistics and will relocate for this purpose from Härkingen to Dietikon.
Clients from the metal and façade construction industries can procure the entire range of steel and aluminium systems from a single source. Systems products can be purchased as semi-finished products or as a prefabricated assembly kit complete with accessories and fittings. This way, clients can optimally plan and use their capacities in a resource-friendly way in accordance with the size of the construction objects and degree of utilisation.
